Our 750mm (30-inch) laser-welded diamond road cutting blade is a premium cutting tool engineered for high-performance applications in construction and road maintenance. It is specifically designed for use with heavy-duty floor saws to tackle the most demanding tasks, including general concrete cutting, precast slab segmentation, renovation of old roads and construction of new ones, as well as grooving on various hard and brittle materials.
The blade’s construction is based on a two-component system: a high-tensile steel core and the diamond segments. The steel core provides the structural integrity and stability necessary for precise, vibration-free operation. The diamond segments, which are bonded to the core via advanced laser welding, constitute the cutting part of the blade. These segments are consumed during the cutting process, while the steel core remains intact. The cutting action is achieved through the diamond grit—the hardest known material—embedded within a metal matrix. As the blade rotates, these exposed diamond particles grind through the material, while the matrix wears away to continuously reveal fresh, sharp diamonds, ensuring a consistently high cutting rate and an extended blade life.
