Hollow Drill Bits
Hollow drill bits, also known as core drill bits or hole saws, are classified into high-speed steel (HSS) drill bits, carbide drill bits, and tungsten steel drill bits. Cutting depth: 35mm or 50mm. Main materials include high-speed steel, powder metallurgy, and carbide. Available in a wide range of types and specifications, suitable for various brands of imported magnetic drills (mag base drills) as well as general-purpose drilling machines, milling machines, and boring machines. Working Principle
The cutting head adopts two or more sets of 3-blade combinations. Each 3-blade set consists of multiple outer blades, middle blades, and inner blades. During the cutting process, each blade bears only about 1/3 of the workload, and the inner side of each blade also has cutting edges. This ensures smooth chip removal. Additionally, due to the distributed cutting workload among the blades, the drill bit is highly resistant to chipping.
